All of the Beekeepers Daughter’s honey is raw & unfiltered, so the honey remains just the way it was in the hive. Hand bottled into 16oz. (1lb) Glass Wide Mouth Jars to easily scoop the honey out. - Our Saw Palmetto is delicately harvested from the Saw Palmetto plant in Southern Florida - Saw Palmetto Honey offers an amber color and smoky and salty after tones. The saw palmetto honey is great paired with aged cow's milk cheeses, or used in dressings. - In time all raw honey will naturally crystallize. Crystallized honey does not compromise in taste or nutritional value. To liquefy place the container into a pot of hot water. Size- 1lb. (16oz).
